1. Operating Hours

Standard operating hours are 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM, seven days a week. Service requests, vehicle retrievals, or handoffs outside these hours may be subject to an additional out-of-hours fee, which will be communicated in advance where possible.

2. Owner Responsibilities

Vehicle owners are responsible for all actual operational costs incurred in connection with their vehicle during the partnership period. This includes, but is not limited to: parking violations and fines, towing and impound fees, Uber or rideshare fees required for vehicle retrieval or logistics, tolls, and any third-party costs directly related to the vehicle.

3. Revenue Share

Partners typically retain 70–85% of trip income after Zhong's Auto Services' management fee. The exact revenue share is defined in the individual partnership agreement. No specific earnings are guaranteed. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

4. Vehicle Condition

Owners agree to provide vehicles in safe, roadworthy, and legally compliant condition. Any known defects or recalls must be disclosed at enrollment. Zhong's Auto Services reserves the right to pause operations on vehicles deemed unsafe or non-compliant.

5. Insurance

Owners are responsible for maintaining adequate insurance coverage for their vehicle. Coverage through the rental or rideshare platform may apply during active trips, but owners should verify their personal policy covers fleet co-hosting arrangements. Zhong's Auto Services does not provide primary insurance.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate the partnership agreement with written notice as specified in the individual agreement. Upon termination, any outstanding revenue owed will be paid at the next scheduled payout cycle.

7. Limitation of Liability

Zhong's Auto Services' liability is limited to the terms outlined in the individual partnership agreement. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from vehicle operations.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Suffolk County, Massachusetts.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms. Partners will be notified of material changes with reasonable advance notice.
